The scientific program will start on Monday at 9:00. Following the EURO-C tradition, we will have a social event on Wednesday afternoon with no lectures. The scientific program will only end on Thursday evening. The banquet will take place on Thursday evening after the official end of the conference.
The Registration Desk located in the Foyer of the conference venue is open on Sunday, March 8, 16:00-19:00. On Monday, March 9, the Registration Desk opens at 8:00.
Presentation time
Plenary Lectures: 40 mins.(incl. discussion)
Contributed Lectures: 20 mins. (incl. discussion)
Please bring your own laptop and connect it via HDMI.
Guide for presenters
- Please bring your own notebook for your presentation and connect it via HDMI.
- Technical staff is assigned to each lecture room for help with technical equipment.
- Please be present at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your session and let the chairperson know you are there.
- Please make sure to stay in your session from the beginning on in order to ensure smooth changes between the individual presentations.
Guide for chairpersons
- You are kindly asked to switch between presentations by simply announcing the name of the next presenter and the title of the presentation. Due to the tight schedule, there will not be sufficient time for introducing individual presenters in a more detailed manner.
- Please do your best to strictly limit the duration of each presentation and discussion to the allotted time (20 minutes incl. discussion).
- If a lecturer is missing, please stick to the original programme, i.e., extend the discussion time of the preceding presentation or allow a break for the duration of the missing lecture(s). This enables participants to listen to chosen individual lectures according to the announced sequence.
