It is mandatory for all presentations to be included in the final programme, that a full paper is submitted by November 14, 2025.
Full papers will be published as an open access online proceedings by CRC Press / Balkema and indexed in WoS, EI, and Scopus.
Online open access to the conference proceedings will be available for the delegates at the conference. Participants interested in receiving a hardbound printed copy of the proceedings can order them at additional costs when registering for the conference.

Update of October 13, 2025: In the Word-Template it is indicated that “The enclosed CPI_AR_PDF1.7.joboptions should be used to create the final Camera Ready Copy PDF file.” After consultation with the publisher, please ignore this statement as this file is not included in the template provided.
Full papers have to be submitted online using ConfTool Conference Administration.

Please upload your full paper as zip-file including
- the original files (word, LaTeX, original figures)
- the pdf of the full paper,
- the permission and artificial intelligence verification form (PVF), and
- the consent to publish form
as final submission. Otherwise your paper cannot be included in the proceedings!
Uploads missing parts of the required files, will be deleted. Only upload containing all required documents will be accepted and forwarded to the publisher.
